Aluminium Heatsink Profiles

Finned profiles that dissipate heat by increasing surface area. Thanks to the high thermal conductivity of aluminium, they are used to cool electronic components, LED luminaires and power modules. Fin count, height and spacing directly determine heat transfer.

Frequently asked questions

Why does fin spacing matter?

The gap between fins governs airflow. Very close fins add surface area but restrict natural convection; tighter sections suit fan-cooled designs, more open sections suit passive cooling.

Can you produce our own heatsink section?

Yes. Send us your technical drawing and we will design a project-based die in our own tool shop.
