Aluminium Box Profiles

Hollow profiles with a square or rectangular cross-section — the most widely used of all aluminium profile types. The flat faces make joining and assembly straightforward, while the hollow section gives high strength for its weight.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between square and rectangular box?

A square box has equal sides; a rectangular one does not. Where the load direction is known, a rectangular section oriented with its long side along the load works more efficiently.

Can we specify the wall thickness?

With a custom die the section and wall thickness are entirely yours. Standard production follows the dimensions in our catalogue.
