We manage production for standard and custom profiles under one roof.
For custom profile projects, we provide customers with a 3D-printed prototype of the profile section before die production begins. This allows form, dimensions and suitability for use to be evaluated physically.

Production capabilities
From tooling to shipment, we plan every stage around the project's needs and monitor production as an integrated process.
The die determines the profile's section and production characteristics. With experience gained from more than 20,000 die designs, we manufacture standard and project-specific profile requirements.
On our 800 and 1600 tonne presses, aluminium billets are passed through the designed die and transformed into the required profile section.
Anodising is one of the surface treatment options that gives aluminium profiles a decorative appearance and corrosion resistance. The appropriate surface solution is planned according to the profile's application, alloy and colour expectations.
Electrostatic powder coating is preferred for colour, surface durability and decorative appearance on aluminium profiles. The process is planned according to RAL colours and conditions of use.
Produced profiles are adapted to the project through cutting, drilling, milling, slotting and custom dimensioning. Assembly-ready components can be manufactured as required.
The alloy analysis of incoming raw material is verified in our own test centre. Following production, dimensional and conformity checks are used to monitor the shipment process.
