The die is the most critical production tool, as it determines the geometry of the profile. It is designed by evaluating the profile shape and the aluminium flow together. For projects not covered by our existing die list, we can work from a technical drawing or a sample.
For custom profile projects, we can provide the section as a 3D-printed prototype before die production, so that shape, dimensions and fit can be checked physically.
